Review product classifications in batches
Convert a prepared spreadsheet into a line-by-line review queue with HTS suggestions, rationale, and missing-fact flags your team can resolve before approval.
Batch does not mean auto-approved
Each row is classification work product, not a filing instruction. A reviewer should confirm the product facts, legal analysis, cited sources, and current tariff treatment before downstream use.
How it works
A controlled path from spreadsheet to reviewed record
- 01
Prepare a structured file
Start with consistent columns for product description and the facts relevant to classification, such as material, construction, function, and intended use.
- 02
Map and validate fields
Confirm how source columns map into the workspace. Missing or ambiguous product facts remain visible instead of being silently inferred.
- 03
Review each suggestion
Compare candidate HTS codes, rationale, and supporting references. Edit, approve, or hold a line for additional research.
- 04
Export reviewed work
Export the reviewed dataset for downstream use, then validate the destination format and filing requirements independently.
Designed for review
Keep exceptions from disappearing in the rows
A structured queue helps teams separate well-supported candidates from records that need better facts or deeper legal research.
- Consistent input mapping
- Missing-fact visibility
- Candidate codes and rationale
- Line-level reviewer decisions
- Comments and source context
- Exportable reviewed results
Good batch results begin with good product facts
A product name alone is rarely enough. Include the material composition, construction, principal function, intended user, dimensions or capacity where relevant, and supporting documents. Rows with incomplete facts should remain open for follow-up rather than receive false certainty.
Turn a catalog into a review queue
Prepare structured product facts, then let your team resolve each classification deliberately.
